Enock Bagenda in as Cubs seek another chapter in history

Uganda Cubs head coach Brian Ssenyondo has named a formidable side as his national under 17 team the Cubs face Burkina Faso in the round of 16 at the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Qatar.
Goal keeper Edrisah Waibi who was instrumental in the 1-0 round of 32 victory over Senegal retains his place.
Ssenyondo’s first 11 in the absence of the mercurial James Bogere (suspension) is complete by Jovan Mukisa,Steven Oyirwoth, Arafat Nkoola,Brain Jjara, Abubakali Walusimbi,Isima Magala Mulala, Richard Okello,Elvis Torach and Enock Bagenda.
The team be Captained by Hamuza Ssengooba.
On its debut at the world cup,the Cubs have lost once (1-2 to Canada),drawn once (1-1 with Chile) and won twice(1-0 against France in the group and Senegal 1-0 at the R32).
If the team wins in this 3.30pm kick off today at the Aspire pitch 5,Italy or Uzbekistan wait in the quarter finals.
