ANOCA Celebrates African Women in Sport
Uganda Olympic Committee
The Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA) continues to champion the advancement and recognition of women across the African sporting landscape.
Among the distinguished recipients of this year’s ANOCA Gender Award was Ms. Beatrice Ayikoru, the Secretary General of the Uganda Olympic Committee (UOC) . Ms. Ayikoru was honoured for her exceptional leadership, commitment to gender equity, and tireless dedication to the development of sport.
During the ANOCA Gender Award ceremony, UOC/CGU President, Dr. Donald Rukare (@drukare), proudly received the award on her behalf.
