On the 22nd October 2020, UOC/CGAU conduted an awarding ceremony to participants in the olympism 365 schools initiative held between April 2019 to April 2020. The ceremony could have been conducted earlier this year in April but due to the Covid 19 pandemic the awarding ceremony dragged till the 22nd october 2020. All the schools that participated in the initiative are expected to receive a school certificate and certificates for the students who took part in the initiative. A total of ten schools wre invited for the awrding ceremonyand some of these schools were for the Jinja College, Namilyamgo College, Kings College Budo among others.st. henry’s college Kitovu was invited but failed to turn up and will receive their school and students certificates later. Mr. Isma Iga noted that all the schools that participated will get certificates but in shifts due to the existing Covid 19 pandemic.
