Currently we are running three (3) Advanced Sports Management Courses with one largely comprising of women. These courses are now being done online with our first class (women Class) successfully completing module three (3), Managing Human resources on the 20th June, 2020. A total of 34 participants with 22 women took part in the session.
Ms. Lydia Nsekera, IOC Member, Chairperson IOC Women Sport Commission, and FIFA Executive Board Member opened/closed the session of the women class who also attended Module three (3) of the course. Before the Covid-19 Pandemic, the women group had done Chapter 1 and 2. They now await to do online sessions on Managing Finances, Managing Marketing, Organising a Major Sport Event, and the Impact Presentations.
The General Group One (1), had completed Chapter (four) 4 awaiting to present online for their case study on Chapter 4; Managing Finances, and then study Managing Marketing, Organising a Major Sport Event, and the Impact Presentations. Group (two)2 awaits to do online presentations on their case study on Chapter 3, study online the remaining chapters of Managing Finances, Managing Marketing, Organising a Major Sport Event, and the Impact Presentations.
