On 14th of February-2020 our beloved Secretary General Dr. Donald Rukare and President Uganda Swimming was appointed as the new Chairman of National Council of Sports (NCS) by the Minister of State for Sports Mr. Hamson Obura after achieving this great achievement.
The UOC board together with member federations held a press conference to congratulate him upon his new appointment.
