UOC organized virtual Olympic Day Celebrations via Zoom. The celebrations were conducted on the 25th June 2021, from 4:00pm to 5:00pm under the theme Stronger Together. The Chief Guest of the Celebrations was Mr. William lick an IOC Member and the former UOC President. The Panelists were: Mr. Joseph Collins Ssemanda the secretary Marketing Commission, Mr. Isima Iga the secretary Culture and Legacy Commission, Dr. Aya Nakitanda the Chairperson National Anti-Doping Organisation, and Ms. Desire Mukisa – Vice Captain Senior National Hockey Team – Women.
The celebrations were such a success as the Members turned up in good numbers and were urged to stay strong despite the existing Covid-19 Pandemic.
