The UOC Capacity Building department made history as we had the first ever IOC certified Sports Administrators’ Course (SAC) taught to the refugees in the Kiryandongo settlement camp in eastern Uganda.
Programme Directors Mr. Lawrence Kavuma and Mr. George Wagogo were in charge of this activity that was also shared with the celebrations of the Mandela Day hand in hand with the Sport for Social Development Commission led by Mr. Hamza Kahwa.
