The National Olympic Committee of Rwanda, together with the Olympafrica International Foundation hosted the above event in Rwanda and Uganda was invited to take 15 Athletes and 1 Official.

The purpose of the event always is to develop the youth and children into future Olympians who value sport, friendship and fair play without necessarily losing their competitive spirit; plus encouraging women participation in sports.

Uganda emerged victorious in the minimums (14 – 15 years) ranking (1st) after beating Zanzibar (1-0) in the final and 4th in the Benjamins (12 – 13 years) after loosing (0-1) to Congo in the Quarter final stage.

Semi-finals of LOCAL FUTBOLNET by Nyanza Primary schools and Modern Dance by the Youth of Olympafrica acted as curtain Raisers.
