The Uganda Boxing Federation represented Uganda in the Boxing Qualifying tournament that took place in Dakar, Senegal. The team was sent off to the Olympic Qualifiers by Minister of Education and Sports, Hon. Hamson Obua.
The contingent comprised of twenty-six members including thirteen athletes that is eight were males and five were Females and the rest were Team officials. The team left on the 17th of February 2020 and returned on the 01st March, 2020 with Shadir Musa Bwogi being the only one that qualified for Olympic games in Tokyo 2020.
