The Secretary-General manages the UOC/CGA Secretariat and is responsible for its efficient and effective operations. The Secretariat carries out all administrative functions required to effect and or implement the decisions of the Executive, and the day-to-day running of the UOC.
It also deals with all internal and external correspondences under the signature of the Secretary-General.
